A timely question and announcing Creating Community Connections
Mark Glaser looks for what motivates citizen journalists to post. I'll be following the responses and adding some of my own perhaps, though now that citizens can post to "Creating Community Connections" the citizen/community site that Suzanne McBride and I are bringing to life, I might be too busy.
