Google fiddles with Blogger backend secretly?

I have been posting to my blog here with the Firefox extension that NowPublic provides. I like that tool because it does an "auto" thing to find tags, so I don't have to type in all my own tags, and it then posts to NowPublic and my blogger blog. For most of my blogging, this is good (to have the items posted in couple of places.)

Everyone has read about Google and its open source changes, its possible partnership with Verizon, its failure to beat MS out in the fight for a chunk of FaceBook. So, I guess behind the scenes, they have been doing "backend" work on blogger. The upshot is that the NowPublic posting tool can't post to Blogger blogs, at least until they figure out the new Blogger backend.

Sigh, just as you master things in the digital world and they become invisible to you because they work and are always there, things change.
