Tech site helps voters decide
Whether you are able to vote in the U.S. or not, you can explore this helpful voter guide that includes a quiz to match your ideas with the positions of U.S. presidential candidates.
There is a "forced choice" section where you allocate points to issues, but you only have 20 to allocate, so you you end up ranking your priorities. Then the sliding scale puts out the issues like "raise Federal spending on health and human services" and you choose between being strongly opposed or strongly in favor of the statement.
Then you get a percentage match with a candidate. It didn't do much for me, in the sense that I already knew lots about the candidates' positions, so I knew who I'd align with, however, for those who would like to vote, but aren't political junkies, it would be useful. It links to voter registration and since it is kind of *fun* it seems like a good site to link to. I will visit it again later, to see if they are updating the candidate information as the campaign winds on.
